2. Open the application form link and answer a short questionnaire.
3. Attach your latest annual report (PDF).

All assessments are based solely on what is disclosed in your published annual report.
 

Submission Deadlines

 

• December FY ending companies:
  Apply by 30 October 2026, based on 2025 Annual Report
• March & June FY ending companies:
  Apply by 30 October 2026, based on 2025/26 Annual Report
• July FY ending companies:
  Apply by 30 October 2026, based on latest avaliable report 

For SOEs, where the FY25/26 Annual Report is unavailable by the deadline, the latest available report may be accepted.
