Over the Counter (OTC) Listing and Trading Rule Book

Introduction

The SPX is an approved Securities Exchange under the Companies Act 2015 and is authorised to operate a range of markets that fall into two broad categories:

Main Market – operations in securities listed under the Listing Rules of the SPX, and included in the Official List of the SPX; and
Over the Counter (OTC) Market – operations in instruments that are listed under these OTC Listing and Trading Rules.

At present, this Rule Book sets out the rules and procedures of the SPX that apply to the listing and the trading of Wholesale Corporate Bonds.
